#### Príklady správne formulovaných cieľov v oblasti Šport na Striebornej úrovni:
*Nie som spokojný so svojím telom a chcem na sebe systematicky pracovať. Rozhodol som sa pre posilňovanie celého tela. Momentálne dokážem spraviť 30 brušákov za minútu, 5 klikov za minútu* \
