# Kto je to Expertný/á mentor/ka
Každú školu prepojíme s expertným mentorom z biznisu, ktorý bude počas celého roka sprevádzať riaditeľa aj koordinátora DofE pri nastavovaní a plnení ich cieľov. Mentori sú senior lídri s bohatými skúsenosťami z praxe – ich úlohou je radiť, podporovať a inšpirovať, nie priamo tvoriť ciele ani akčné plány.
Spôsob a frekvenciu komunikácie si riaditeľ a koordinátor dohodnú s mentorom individuálne – osobné stretnutie, telefonát, e-mail alebo videokonferencia.

#### **Profil expertného mentora**
Expertný mentor je senior manažér so skúsenosťami:
* s vytváraním a nastavovaním vízie a stratégie s tímom,
* s budovaním a vedením tímov,
* s motiváciou a rozvojom zamestnancov,
* s hodnotiacimi rozhovormi so zamestnancami,
* s facilitovaním tímu,
* s motiváciou skvalitniť sektor vzdelávania priamym zapojením a konkrétnou prácou s riaditeľom \
a koordinátorom strednej školy.
