# Oblasti Diamantovej ceny

Program sa skladá z piatich oblastí, pričom niektoré sú určené pre riaditeľov/ky (R) aj koordinátorov/ky (K), iné len pre jednu skupinu:

* **Ja, líder** *(R + K)*
* **Vytvorenie vízie školy** *(R + K)*
* **Budovanie a riadenie efektívnych tímov** *(R + K)*
* **Inšpiratívne s rozpočtom** *(len R)*
* **Budovanie a riadenie efektívnych tímov II** *(len K)*

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">Learning circles (zdieľacie stretnutia)</mark>

Learning circles sú zdieľacie stretnutia, ktorých cieľom je podeliť sa o úspechy, otvoriť vzniknuté problémy a spoločne hľadať riešenia, ako aj zdieľať dobrú prax.

V rámci každého klastra sa uskutoční **5 spoločných stretnutí** (uvedené termíny sú orientačné \
a termíny sa vždy dohadujú v kontexte daného roka a skupiny). 1. stretnutie sa zvyčajne odohráva \
v prvej polovici decembra. Ďalšie stretnutia sú potom raz do mesiaca v období od februára do mája.

Stretnutia sú facilitované externým facilitátorom. Po ukončení cyklu majú možnosť členovia získať metodickú podporu od Národnej kancelárie a ďalej si stretnutia organizovať sami.

**Aké sú princípy Learning circles?**

* Aktívne počúvanie
* Samostatne riadené
* Aktívna účasť (diskusia medzi všetkými účastníkmi)
* Orientácia na zmenu a akciu nie nato, ako sa to nedá
* Kritické myslenie (snaha o pochopenie akejkoľvek informácie v čo najširších súvislostiach)
* Reflexívne učenie (schopnosť kriticky uvažovať na vykonanými činmi a schopnosť následne sa \
  z nich poučiť alebo zobrať si z nich to pozitívne)
* Kooperatívne učenie
* Každý jednotlivec je zodpovedný za svoje učenia sa
* Nikto nie je ani učiteľom, ani expertom
* Hľadanie vedomostí&#x20;
