# Pozvánka a prihlásenie

Na ceremóniu sú srdečne pozvaní všetci Dofáci a Dofáčky, ktorí úspešne dokončili svoju úroveň programu DofE a majú ju schválenú v ORB.

Z dôvodu obmedzenej kapacity priestorov nie je možné pozvať na ceremónie rodičov.

**Okrem absolventov sa na ceremónii zúčastnia aj:**

* zástupca/ovia zo škôl a organizácií,
* britský veľvyslanec na Slovensku,
* predsedovia a zástupcovia samosprávnych krajov,
* vedúci odborov školstva samosprávnych krajov,
* partneri DofE,
* školitelia DofE,
* médiá.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">**Ako prebieha pozvanie a prihlásenie**</mark>

* Pozvánka príde priamo absolventovi/ke na e-mailovú adresu uvedenú v ORB.
* Obsahuje všetky dôležité informácie o ceremónii a odkaz na prihlásenie.
* Prihlásenie treba vykonať do stanoveného termínu prostredníctvom formulára v pozvánke.
* Účasť je dobrovoľná, no prihlasovanie je časovo obmedzené – účasť je potrebné potvrdiť \
  do uvedeného termínu.

**Dôležité upozornenie:**\
Každý absolvent dostane pozvánku s unikátnym prihlasovacím odkazom, preto vás prosíme, e-maily ďalej nepreposielajte.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">Čo robiť, ak e-mail neprišiel</mark>

Ak ste pozvánku nedostali, je treba:

skontrolovať správnosť e-mailovej adresy uvedenej v ORB

pozrieť sa do priečinka Spam / Reklamy a pod.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">**Čo pozvánka ešte obsahuje**</mark>

**Možnosť dobrovoľníctva**\
Ak by absolvent/ka chcel/a pomôcť s prípravou a organizáciou slávnostnej ceremónie, je možné prísť pomôcť ako dobrovoľník/čka.

**Vyzdvihnutie certifikátu**\
Počas ceremónie je možné si osobne vyzdvihnúť svoj vytlačený certifikát – ide o rovnaký certifikát, aký už bol odoslaný e-mailom.
