# Spätná väzba

Spätná väzba je nevyhnutnou súčasťou práce Vedúceho/ej programu. Naučte sa ju efektívne poskytovať prostredníctvom šesťkrokovej metódy.

* Popísať konkrétne správanie.
* Dať jasne najavo, ako vás daný spôsob ovplyvnil.
* Vysloviť konštruktívny návrh, prosbu alebo požiadavku.
* Myslieť na to, že spätná väzba slúži pre prospech druhého – nie pre vlastný prospech.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">Prijať spätnú väzbu znamená:</mark>

* Sústrediť sa a načúvať.
* Objasňovať situáciu pre lepšie pochopenie – pýtať sa spresňujúce otázky (nepolemizovať, nehádať sa).
* Úprimne poďakovať – napríklad jednoduchým *„Ďakujem."*
