# Cyklus programu

Ročný cyklus programu DofE

Program DofE na školách prebieha cyklicky a kopíruje školský rok (najmä bronzová a strieborná úroveň). Cyklus má päť fáz:

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">Príprava ročného cyklu</mark>

**marec – jún**

Prípravná fáza pred nadchádzajúcim školským rokom. Zameriava sa najmä na personálne otázky – či je potrebné niekoho vyškoliť, či je záujem v programe pokračovať, koľko účastníkov sa pravdepodobne zapojí a ako bude prebiehať nábor.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">Nábor a registrácia nových účastníkov</mark>

**september**

Cieľom tejto fázy je získať nových účastníkov do programu. V rovnakom období sa uskutočňujú aj školenia pre Vedúcich/e programu.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">Ukončenie registrácie a nastavenie cieľov</mark>

**október – november**

Účastníci sa zaregistrujú do ORB a nastavia si ciele. Odporúčané termíny:

* **15. 10.** – ukončená registrácia účastníkov do ORB a uhradené online platby
* **30. 11.** – nastavený cieľ pre hlavnú oblasť každého účastníka (zapísaný v ORB)<br>

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">Priebežné stretnutia a expedičná príprava</mark>

**december – marec**

Kľúčové obdobie pre pravidelnú komunikáciu s účastníkmi a podporu pri plnení ich cieľov. Zároveň je to čas na začatie príprav Expedície.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">Realizácia expedícií a schvaľovanie absolventov</mark>

**apríl – september**

Záverečná fáza školského roka. Je odporúčané, aby mali účastníci v júni uzavreté všetky oblasti (Šport, Rozvoj talentu, Dobrovoľníctvo a aj Expedíciu). Následne vo vopred oznámenom termíne prebieha schvaľovanie absolventov.\ <br>
