# Čo je to DofE
DofE (The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award - po slovensky Medzinárodná cena vojvodu z Edinburghu) je medzinárodný vzdelávací program pre mladých ľudí vo veku 14 – 24 rokov. Ročne ho absolvuje viac ako 1 milión účastníkov vo viac ako 130 krajinách sveta.
Účastníci nesúperia navzájom – každý prekonáva sám seba a plní vlastné ciele. Do programu sa zapájajú dobrovoľne, pričom ich sprevádza mentor alebo učiteľ ako rovnocenný partner.
